Honor Group Auditions
OpusEvent Auditions provides an organization with a complete platform to accept, screen, place, and notify applications for
Honor Groups. All application materials are uploaded electronically including audio, video, and documents. All screening/ranking
is performed on-line followed by placement into performing groups and email notification to all applicants. The application is
feature-rich and mature with over 10 years of use in the field, handling tens of thousands of application each year. New features provide for live recording and live sight reading
excerises. While most events handle individual applicants the system has the flexibility to handle performing groups as well.

Contest - Solo & Ensemble
The contest application provides for registration, payment (by parent if desired), scheduling, and scoring for a variety of contests including Music Solo/Ensemble,
Scholastic contests such as Math Olympiad, and many other contest types. All entries are created online with a simple browser
including payment, special requests, and user defined fields for both individuals and ensembles/teams. Scheduling is automated within
user defined priorities. Detailed schedules can be posted or emailed as desired. As a followup, all performance scoring is entered
into the contest with public results being posted to the web. The system has been in production for over 10 years and is built to handle winner-roll-up to
parent contests providing for a regions-to-state structure.
