PROFESSIONAL TIER

ADD ON - AUTOMATED FILE CONVERSION

$0.30 per application
  • Automatically convert from 18 audio file types to mp3
  • Automatically convert from 29 video file types to mp4
  • Automatically convert from 3 document file types to docx
  • Automatically convert from 36 image file types to jpg

ADD ON - PARENT/GUARDIAN REGISTRATION

$2.80 per placed application
  • Email notificaton to Parent/Guardian (PG) for Placed Applicants
  • PG is provided an email link to go directly to their child's application
  • If the Applicant is withdrawn, email notifications are automatically sent to the teacher and event manager.
  • PG can register the applicant including medical, dietary, housing and other information
  • PG pays the participation fee via Credit Card
  • All registration information is available to Event Managers for printing or online lookup while at the event

ADD ON - ESIGNATURE REGISTRATION

$6.00 per placed applicant
  • Online eSignatures for Parent/Guardian Registration
  • PG legally signs the registration online
  • Event Manager can track the status for all registrations

OpusEvent Credit Card Gateway

OpusEvent maintains a PCI compliant credit card gateway available to OpusEvent customer. The following processing charges apply to all OpusEvent gateway transactions

  • The cost of each credit card transaction is $0.40 plus 4.0% of the gross amount
  • Credit Card Reports are available at all tier levels
  • Transfers are processed within two to three business days and proceeds will arrive at your account in one to three business days based on your bank's policies. (Some restrictions apply)
  • After the number of allocated transfers in your chosen tier, each additional transfer is $5.00
